How to Set Up your new Google Apps Email with Outlook 2007

Today I am gonna show you "How to Set Up your new Google Apps Email with Outlook 2007". This tutorial will be very easy and you'll be able to easily setup everything. We've explained it step by step. So i think after that much simplified tutorial you will be able to accomplish it.

Tutorial

1.) Go to “Tools > Account Settings…”. Select “New…” under E-mail.

2.) Choose the item that lists IMAP as its option.

3.) Manually configure server settings.

4.) Choose Internet E-Mail.

5.) Enter your details similar to what I have here. Then click “More Settings”.

6.) On the Outgoing Server tab, put a check in “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”. Should use the same settings as incoming mail server.

7.) On the Advanced tab, enter the information as it is shown below. Then, click OK.

8.) On the window you’ve returned to, click “Test Settings”. You should get the resulting window below.

9.) That’s it. Click “Finish”.
